Mrs. Hardesty's Tea Room, opened in October 2005, provides the customer with quality cuisine in a traditional tearoom setting. Located in the historic Hardesty-Higgins House, we welcome visitors, newcomers and residents of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County with outstanding customer service. We offer traditional tea fare, light lunch and afternoon tea. Within 30 minutes of Skyline Drive and Massanutten Four-Seasons Resort, we are conveniently located in Downtown Harrisonburg.

You can choose from over 65 varieties of loose-leaf teas and blends which are all available for sale, as well as tea accessories and some fine foods.

Lunch is served                        from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

RESERVATIONS ARE SUGGESTED during lunch.

***Monday, October 5th, we will close at 2:00 to prepare for an evening event.

Tea and scones are available throughout the day.

Formal tea (served on three-tiered tray) is available by reservation (24 hours notice) from 3:00 to 5:00.
